PHILADELPHIA – On Thursday, October 17th at 6:30pm, Molly Zuckerman-Hartung will give an artist’s talk at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) in Philadelphia.
During the PennDesign Fine Arts Lecture Series, hear directly from artists about the processes, ideas, and obstacles that inform their work.
Molly Zuckerman-Hartung is a painter living and working in Chicago. Her works are abstract and reflect a critical view on the history of painting, alternating between love and fear for paint, thinking, and society. Originally from Olympia, Washington she received her MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2007, where she currently teaches. She has shown internationally, co-founded Julius Caesar Gallery, and is represented by Corbett vs. Dempsey, Chicago. More information can be found on ICA Philadelphia’s website.
