CHICAGO – Diane Simpson’s Apron I (2000) featured on Artsy as “Art-World Insiders Select Art Basel’s Must-See Work.”

Curator Julie Boukobza commented on Apron I (2000), “Her drawings and sculptures are inspired by specific details of clothing and industrial design, as well as utilitarian objects and architecture, I love this sculpture and I plan on learning more about her practice for upcoming projects.”
