The Rodney Graham Listening Sessions

Saturdays 12–1pm

In addition to his work as a visual artist, Rodney Graham was a highly accomplished musician with an extensive discography.  At lunchtime every Saturday during the run of Graham's exhibition, Secondary Modern, Corbett vs. Dempsey will play one of Graham's LPs, ranging from the singer-songwriter records by the Rodney Graham Band to his more esoteric conceptually-driven recordings like the isolated flute-fingering parts of Frederick the Great's 3rd flute concerto, excluding the orchestra (and any sounds of blown flute as well).  

Saturdays at noon we will drop the needle on one of the LPs, playing it straight through.  Fellow listeners are invited to lend their ears concentratedly in the McPhee, CvsD's listening room.
